What could I have done better?
I'll start:: Breakfast: Sausage Egg Cheese on a Cracked Wheat Bagel Lunch:Morningstar Farms Chik'in patty (fake chicken) on a whole wheat bun with about .5 tbl mayo and .5 tbl sweet relish Dinner: Grilled Peanut Satay Chicken thigh *boneless, skinless 1/2 c Curry Couscous 1/2 Green Peas Snacks: 5 veggie sticks, 1 tsp salsa cream cheese dip, 1 multigrain cracker, (*Stupid Costco, Stupid Samples) 1 Fruit and nut granola bar and I will be eating 1 serving Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream
Beverages: 4 cups coffee w. 4 tbls half and half 6 oz OJ tons of water.
What could I have done better?
Um.. NOT gone out to breakfast and had oatmeal instead
Lunch: I could have omitted the mayo and relish, maybe skipped the bun and had a salad w. my fake chik'n
Dinner: Omit the peanut sauce
And duh- not had a granola bar, costco samples or the umm. ICE CREAM.
Oh. Any suggestions on my food intake?
Today was an atypical day for me food wise.. and I haven't revamped my diet yet.
Ok well your meals were sooooo much better than mine...makes me see how much of a junkie I am.
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal
Lunch: BBQ Chicken Chunks from Walmart and 4 potato wedges
Dinner: A ton of chicken wings...baked in the oven though.
Beverages: 2 cups of coke, dt. sundrop, 40 oz. water
What could I have done better: Well lets see...maybe eat some vegetables, drink more water, and had something way healthier for lunch.

Breakfast: I will use yesterday because it is still early here.. bowl special K fuit/yogurt no fat milk
Lunch: hot dog on wheat bread with onions and cheese mustard
Dinner:chicken grilled on the grill didnt eat the skin but cooked it with skin, (thigh) white rice with a bit of butter, and green beans
Snacks: special k bar, some candy through out the day (pc here and there not a lot but more than I should since I shouldnt snack on junk) 2 oranges
Beverages:2-cups coffee with fat free 1/2 and 1/2, sugar... cup milk, water (lots I drink water all day)
What could I have done better?not had candy?
Breakfast: strawberries & cream instant oatmeal
Lunch: 1pc spanakopita, 2pcs eggplant parmigiana, 8pcs (small sized) mock chicken (tofu)
Dinner: none yet
Snacks: strawberry fruit snack, some lightly salted kettle chips
Beverages: hot tea
What could I have done better? drink water instead of tea, stay away from the chips
