I would like to be able to help motivate and I thought by knowing who is working for this I could personalize things a bit and help keep us helping each other!!

pls just let me know who you are with screen name and 1st name and if you would like to add your goals and some of your weaknesses or why you need the motivation (ex. I never follow through with my plans or I do it for a short time then skip a day and just take forever to get back on track...)

I'm Kasey and I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs. Lately my weakness is sweets. I'm nursing until Emma is 6 mos. and then I'll stop. I'm really scared what my weight will do then so I'm trying to lose it now.

I'm here!
My weakness is my lazy butt. I eat rather healthy, though could definitely revisit my carb and fat intake lately... If I do that and get exercising I should do okay.

I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds..

I'm hoping to get back to college days weight. I've gone down to my pre-preggers weight, but could lose an extra 20.

My main weakness is laziness due to exhaustion. I work FT out of the home and I'm the main caregiver for my kids when we're home. So, by the time the baby is down for the nite and my older DD is taken care of it's almost 9pm and all I want to do is take a shower and RELAX mindlessly.

If and when I do get any exercise, it's mostly just walking around the neighborhood with the baby strapped into the soft carrier (she doesn't like being in the stroller for long, esp. since she can't sit on her own yet and face the world).

Is it possible to take a brisk walk at lunch time and be sure to eat a bit healthier at lunch rather than fast food or something...I am not sure if you pack a healthier lunch and snack or buy out which cost more in the long run and is unhealthy!! I forgot to look at how old your kids are but maybe getting the bed time a bit earlier would give you more "ME" time? I understand about work and being to tired but we all want to be there for the kids and you will feel more energized and all that good stuff if you make time even if just a little Good luck!!

Seriously, I need to lose at least 40 pounds to be to a healthy weight for my height.
I just need someone to kick my butt, KWIM? I need to be held responsible for what I'm eating every day. I'm thinking I'll start a food journal where you write down everything you eat and drink and times. I did it before my wedding 5 years ago and it really helped, I lost 30 pounds! (Unfortunately I gained it all back and then some!)

Ok well i'm going to list myself here as well.

i'm currently 74k which is 163lbs
I want to get to 68k which is 149lbs
Because that would me I would be a bmi of 24
Ideally i should get to a bmi of 22 which is 62k (136lb), but i'll just go with a mini goal of 68. I'd like to get there by my 30th birthday which is june next year.
