Hello, my name is Ashley, and I'm a fatty!

Seriously, I need to lose at least 40 pounds to be to a healthy weight for my height.
I just need someone to kick my butt, KWIM? I need to be held responsible for what I'm eating every day. I'm thinking I'll start a food journal where you write down everything you eat and drink and times. I did it before my wedding 5 years ago and it really helped, I lost 30 pounds! (Unfortunately I gained it all back and then some!)
