For the last couple of days I have been feeling like a numbing sensation in my arms and hands, have any of you ladies experience this or now of this.

You ladies were right about the carpal tunnel, I had a doctors appt. yesterday and he confirmed it, it's soo very bothersome, I'm actually hoping these next few weeks go by quickly.

I have only felt it in my arms and hands maybe once or twice. I do feel it in my hips and lets almost every night, however. It doesn't matter which side I lay on, left or right, usually about 2-3 minutes after I have been laying on my side, my hip starts to tingle and go numb, and it spreads right down my leg. It's so annoying, and has been keeping me up at night!!

I'm not sure of what it means, but I hope it starts to get better for you. I completely understand how annoying it is!

It might be carpal tunnel (and should go away after preg). I have that problem the last few hours I'm in bed in the morning and then the first couple hours after I get up. Doc suggested wearing wrist splints to bed to keep me from bending my wrists. Yoga seems to be helping me as well. I've heard B6 can help, but haven't tried it.

Definitely carpal tunnel. I have it in my right hand. I've found that driving, talking on the phone, or walking makes it worse (because wrists bent or hands hanging down makes the circulation worse). My midwives recommended the wrist splint mentioned above, but I have found that having my husband massage my wrists every night helps the most because it encourages good circulation.
