Ive been wondering the same thing..

I get really dizzy and and hot, and feel like I'm going to pass out...
I have to sit down..

At random times though.

And sometimes I have chest palpitations...
Feels like my heart skipped a beat... lol

I'm wondering if it's normal too!!

You might want to get checked for anemia.

It could also be low blood pressure (common in second trimester), low blood sugar, or being dehydrated

I have funny heart beats and will feel faint at times. I think it would be a good idea to mention it to your doc though.

With Holden I got dizziness- saw spots, felt faint all the time. Turned out to be hypertension (high blood pressure) and from that point on I had to be monitored for preeclampsia. Definitely something to get checked out.

Last month I spent the night in the ER for passing out while shopping. I got dizzy and hot and woke up on a stretcher. The doc told me I'm anemic, have low blood pressure and was dehydrated. It's very important to keep hydrated and pay attention to our bodies signs and symptoms. I had felt perfectly fine and then BAM I'm on the floor and landed on my stomach. Thankfully after observation and IV fluids I was sent home for some good ole bed rest. I would definately mention it to your doc just to be on the safe side.

Sorrow~ On a daily basis how much water are you consuming? I think alot of your dizzyness has to do with not enough water and your anxiety, please please I cannot stress enough to start consuming water, eat 3 meals a day and quit stressing!!
