When was the last time you were checked for the placenta previa?
I would put in a call to your doc just to tell them what happened. likely they would say to rest... but depending on when it was that they told you about the previa and how bad it was, they may or may not want to see you.
I would have called the OB. I hope you went in to get checked out. Usually the baby is pretty well cushioned in there but it's better to have things checked out just in case. It would be different if you had landed on your butt but since you landed on your stomach it'd be a good idea to get checked out.
I'm coming into this late - hope everything is okay. It never hurts to call the OB or the on-call doctor, that's their job and it's worth the peace of mind.
I fell when I was 35 1/2 weeks pregnant - very hard and flat on my stomach. My belly was so big I couldn't even catch myself with my arms before it hit. My baby was FINE but I did end up in the hospital for monitoring and had to stay overnight because of her heartbeat (it was super high - I think she was just mad at me for squishing her, lol). They usually aren't as concerned about the baby (well cushioned) as much as they are the placenta. So it never hurts to check it out.
