Are you always not hungry, or just sometimes?

I personally will go through periods of having absolutely no appetite, but I also go through periods of being a ravenous pig, as well as periods of "normal" appetite (whatever that means).

If you're truly not hungry and not gaining any weight or losing weight, then a) I would talk to your doctor, and b) even if I weren't hungry, I'd make myself eat something - something nutritious.

Who knows, it could just be the heat or exhaustion or any number of things...

Now that I'm 22 weeks I'm eating anything, and everything on anything.....

But before I'd have to munch on little things all day because I didnt feel too hungry.
It might have something to do with hormones too (maybe...lol)
because I still throw up every morning which makes it hard to eat
(but I'm getting used to it)

PS: I hope you checked in with your DR about anxiety..
