Had my OB appointment today. Everything went really well, babies sound good, etc, except that the ultrasound from June 2 showed that one of the placentas is low lying, about 2 cms away from my cervix. I'm hoping that it moves out of the way and doesn't go into placenta previa. I go back for another ultrasound on June 25 to check to see if it has moved any.

I'm glad the babies are doing well..

I have a low lying placenta too.. But my OB Dr. said it was common to have at that stage of my pregnancy and that was when I was 19 weeks.. He said it will more then likely move up.. And I'm praying that it will too.. I know I'm already at risk for a c-section, but I hate to double that risk because of this..

Yeah, I've heard that it moves out of the way about 95% of the time, so I'm not too worried. What's weird though is that at both the NT scan 13 weeks) and the amnio (17 weeks), they said that both placentas were at the back. Now this last scan (19 weeks) one is up at the top, and the other is close to my cervix. also one is now anterior, although I didn't ask which one.
