It certainly sounds like a reaction to something you ate but if he ate the same thing....

If it happens again I would definitely go to the ER just to get it checked out. ((hugs)) Hope it stays away for you and make sure to drink plenty of fluids

That happened to me a couple days ago, I ate soemthing and just felt queesy and threw up in a little trashcan we have outside for the kids on the block to put their trash in so it's not laying all over LOL That wrenching pain has something to do with your muscles when you throw up. I get it too but don't know what it is, maybe I should google it....

It sounds like what you ate just didn't agree with you. That can happen sometimes. It may even have been a slight case of food poisoning. Your SO may just have a stronger stomach so it didn't bother him. I hope you're feeling better!

sounded like food poisoning, but if your dh didn't get sick it might not have been. if there was meat, yours may not have been cooked long enough or something. i woke up in the middle of the night with nasty stomach cramps too and thought i had food poisoning...i feel normal now, and hope you're doing ok too!

It sounds like something you ate just didn't agree with you and baby. Your SO might be ok, because his immune system isnt' weakened from pregnancy. The pain, probably from puking and just not feeling well. Just take it easy. If it happens again, it's worth a call to your OB just to make sure.
