Yes! My made sure with my doc that it is safe and he said to please by all means keep excercising. I was a huge runner before pregnancy so I have just kept at it. I run anywhere from three to five miles a day about 5 or 6 times a week. I love it. Although, I must admit that my pace has slowed waaaay down and I am thinking that there will come a day where I may look like I am running, but am actually not going any faster than a walk. But, oh well!
Yes, I walk 20 minutes from home 3 to 4 times a week. Plus, I just started doing a pregnancy pilates dvd that I got from the Goodwill. It is very relaxing and has good stretches. I also like to get on the eleptical, but I have to be more careful on that. So, not too often for the machine.

actually yes. now that school is out i'd like to start. i need to get my muscles strong again.
What are you doing? Long brisk walks outside and/or the elliptical and/or Perfect Pregnancy Workout Vol 1 (cardio/strength) and/or Perfect Pregnancy Workout Vol 2 (yoga). I also walk my dogs for 20-30 minutes every single day (or they'll destroy our house), but that includes a lot of stops and what-not.
How often? It varies depending on how I feel, but usually 3-5 times a week. I do more when I can and do less if I'm really beat.
