No need to worry. Its normal for your belly button to "pop". Mine isn't quite there yet but its coming out now. With DD it popped out around 28 weeks or so. This one I have a feeling will be sooner.

Mine popped out with Olivia and it's barely an innie already at this point so I'm sure it's just a matter of time

DF had a hernia, too. Now he has kinda an innie and an outtie at the same time hehe

I wouldn't worry about it - it's normal for your belly button to pop out during pregnancy, mine didn't with dd and I was always jealous cause I thought it looked really cute! lol If you are concerned at all though, mention it to your DR at your next apt for some reassurance
