Asked Dr. about my reoccuring low BP and rapid HB. He wants me to see a cardiologist and wear a 24 hour moniter to see if medication is necessary. I am not a huge fan of starting a new med mid pregnancy so we'll see what the cardiologist has to say. Thank you for all the responses. I drink a lot of fluids during the day so Dr does not think it is dehydration. Hopefully we'll find out it is completely normal for a twin pregnancy.

When I was pregnant with my twins I had rapid heart rate, palpitations, shortness of breath, and high blood pressure that was controlled with meds. I had a Echo done, and wore a monitor for 24 hours. All came back normal. I don't know what caused it but everything went back to normal after they were born(although I struggled with my blood pressure for a while).

Hopefully it's nothing for you as well.
