It's SO hot here. DS would NOT stop screaming. So I got an idea and held him naked in front of the fan. He loved it! So I real quick put a diaper on him (he screamed as soon as I took him from the fan of course) and put him in a bouncer in front of the fan. Haven't heard a peep since!
We don't have central air but we do have a small portable AC so on Monday night it was BOILING in our house so I swaddled him wearing only his diaper and put the AC unit on and put him in our bed - he slept for 6 hours straight finally, poor little guy
I sometimes hold Anaiah up to the AC to calm her down too.. i think it's the sudden change in temp that kinda makes her go.. hey wait a minute what's that.. and stop crying. It's too hot here too.. upwards of 100 a lot of the time.
Ugh, can you ladies send some of that heat and warm weather? It's beenso chilly most days. RJ usually wears long pants and either short or long sleeves. If we go out at night, a hoodie! Yesterday was nice and we got to go to my sisters and sit pool side.
We lived in a really old house that was falling down when Luke was born.. all we had were fans and a window box. So Luke and I just chilled on the couch in front of the widow box all day. We live in Florida.. so it doesn't really cool off for months at a time. =/
