The lactation dept gave me a sample of that Lasinoh Nipple Cream so I figure now would be a good time to see if I like it.

the other day i got out of the bath and they were really dry and itchy, so i thought now wouold be a good time to try the bath towel thing on them (they say to rub a rough towel on them to toughin them up for breastfeeding)....yea no, that just makes them burn.
i then just moisturized them with the same cocoa butter palmers stuff that i use to prevent stretch marks. that did the trick.

Sometimes the dryness could be milk that leaked out and dried in your bra. I realized thats what mine was.

I haven't noticed any dryness here, but it's probably just because I rub the cocoa butter all over my chest and belly every day.
