I failed my 1-hour glucose test. So they are making me do the 3 hour glucose test. I have a feeling that I have gestational diabetes. I never eat sugary foods anymore and I have been living like I already had gestational diabetes. I had with my last pregnancy. I'm worried that I might have with this pregnancy. I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

I'm sorry hun.. Your not doing anything wrong.. You know that GD is caused by hormones and your pancrease going on vacation.. It has nothing to do on what you eat.. At least you know what to expect since you had GD before.. There's a few of us on here already going through GD.. We can have our own little support group..
Oh, and sugary foods have nothing to do with it.. I can eat a medium size donut and 2 hours later my BS would be 70.. But if I eat 2 pieces of white bread, my BS 2 hours later would be 160!! Go figure.. It's those darn carbs.. lol

It's not sugar that you need to watch, it's carbs. I had it with my first 2 pregnancies, then after my m/c they pretty much thought I was diabetic and then with this one, they now know it's not gestational and I'm just diabetic. It sucks.... but it's do-able.
Count your carbs, and hopefully a diet will work for you. If you do need insulin, it's not horrible either. It's just a lifestyle change, but all managable.
For your test, take a snack to eat after. The 3 hour test is pure torture, because you have to fast so long. Take a snack, OJ, cookies, something to eat after your done. KUP and good luck!!
