I had my 37 week check up this morning and I am 4cm dilated.

My doctor said Carleigh might show up this weekend. I'm home from work, relaxing. My last day of work is next Friday, but not sure I'll even make it that far at this point. I'm getting more contractions. I started getting my hospital bag ready. Carleigh's bag was packed a few weeks ago.

I'm nervous.. but excited at the same time. Wish me luck ladies and I will keep you all updated.

at least you are full term, so yay!!!!! Can't wait to here how it all goes. BUT also remember lots of people walk around at a 4 or 5 for weeks before going into labor, so don't get your hopes up to high just in case!

I know.

Doctor told me just to relax this weekend. Getting lots of contractions within two minutes of each other that last over a minute. I might go in just to make sure everything is fine.

relax??? N oway lol, if I was 37 plus weeks I would be walking or bouncing on a ball. Not going as far as caster oil or anything, but I say, go for it! lol

I'd wait to go in until they are really painful....like "can't talk through them" painful.

Hey 4cm may not mean your going soon but 4 cm means your almost half way done when you do go into labor!!!! THATS GREAT!

I had some light brown spotting just a bit again. It was on my undies, not when I wiped. I'm guessing that's just a bit more spotting from the dilation check. My contractions calmed down. I really want to make it to our hospital tour tomorrow afternoon. LOL!

Carleigh can come Saturday evening or afternoon when we are already in L&D walking around.

I say go for lots of walks and stay busy! It sounds like all is heading in the right direction...just add some mommy patience in there just in case she decides to chill another 3+weeks lol. Keep us posted!
