Delivery Weight: 154lbs
Goal Weight: 120lbs (What I weighed before having the girls)
Current Weight: 147lbs
I will be going to work out at the Y 5 days a week starting this weekend. We usually go for a walk every night as well but with the heat advisory we've had, it hasn't been happening. I will also be planning healthier meals and snacks. I am EBFing so that should also help me out.

I can't believe I have 27lbs to go.

Hopefully I'll get there SOON!

UPDATE 1 August 23 ~ 140lbs and I'm not really keeping track of weight anymore. I have gained some muscle and it weighs more than fat sooooo when I'm happy with what I see in the mirror then I will just maintain it.

Creatine with energy packet
Post workout supplements
Pro 5 protein scoop with fat free milk
I'm going to workout every morning at 8 am. My workout starts with 2-4 mile run on the treadmill, ab workout, and then weights. I have been doing this for 2 weeks straight. Wish me luck!!
UPDATE 2 September 16 ~ 134 lbs! Down 6 lbs! WOOT WOOT! I'm keeping up with my workout plan!
