Weight at delivery: 199
Weight as of 6-24-09: 158 (yay)
Goal: 130-135 (weight when I got married-about a size 6 or 8 depending)
I am happy I at least have lost my baby weight at 3 weeks pp but not happy that I still have to lose weight I had gained before getting pregnant! But I have started watching my calories and started doing a cardio dance video....I want to walk (thats how I lost my weight before) but its just way too hot here in TN to try it. Even early am its too hot and I would have to take Parker with me and I cant so here's to hoping I can acheive my goal by working out at home!
I wish my weight would all just fall off. I would be ecstatic to be at 158 right now! Way to go!! I seem to be holding around the 180 area. I really need to get on the ball and do something. I feel gross.
Been walking for about 30 minutes every other day either on the treadmill or with MIL around block and lost another 2lbs! I am really getting strict now since I have a final dress fitting end of Sept! I have to be where I need to be by then and the wedding is in nov 7th! My tummy is still Jiggly tho...boo!
