Could you do ensure or one of those other drinks? That way you'll still get the vitamins and such that you need.

up until this point, the baby was getting all the nutrients it needed from your prenatals (if you've been taking them), but now the baby is going to need your extra calories to start putting on weight. you also need the extra calories so that you have energy. you wouldn't believe how much energy it takes to have a baby.

i don't have any suggestions, other than talk to your doctor. it's probably normal that you're feeling less hungry because baby is growing upwards, leaving less room for your stomach, but to be on the safe side i'd ask the doc. he/she will be able to give you some good tips.

Wow... I have the opposite problem. I'm always hungry. I feel for you. It must be frustrating. Are there any foods that you crave, or at least like more than others? I hope the ensure helps and that you get your appetite back!

I have the same problem. I literally have to force myself to eat. With Xavier I CRAVED McDonalds and Wendy's. With the closet McDonalds about 30km (18.6 miles away) in a mall I haven't had the urge to drive there! Yes, they do have ONE McDonalds here in Vicenza...lol

Im the same way, im just not hungry, nothing sounds good, and honestly have a hard time drinking stuff too. I hear every appointment you need to drink more water.

Im overweight so honestly not worried about hurting the baby, I still eat, but its like making myself.
