When I had him I was approx 157 lbs. At my 3 week appointment, to check my incision, I was 135 lbs. I'm not bf, and my tummy was kind of ruined having him, so I know I need to be patient. I was given the go-ahead to do light exercise at 5 weeks pp. Everything on me looks about the same, but my tummy area.

I hope to get to my pre-preggo weight of 128 lbs at 5' 6'', then eventually to 120 lbs if possible.

I know 120 is tiny, but I actually have a small frame. When I was 120 a couple months before being preggo, I was in awesome shape. I want to be there again.

My stomach is still slowly going down where I had my c/s. My tummy is the only place I am carrying preggo weight. I have 6 lbs to go to pre-preggo, 128. I just need to keep my eating under control. I am always hungry now that I am ebf.
