Ok, so I know that before its BM its not BM, i jsut dont know the name of it. but my left breast is CONSTANTLY leaking ALL the time, i wake up with a soaked bra/shirt/etc. just on my left side. my right breast leaks too but not as frequently as my left. now my question is: if its leaking so much could it be BM now instead of the premilk stuff?

It's called Colostrum. It's a sticky substance that is high in protein and antibodies and will be your baby's first "food" until your milk comes in a few days after delivery.

I leak all the time too and moreso from my left breast than my right.

It's called colostrum and no it's not breastmilk yet, that won't come in till after baby is here. You can leak quite alot of colostrum for months before you have your baby, it's very normal but no, it isn't breastmilk yet, you have to give birth first and then your milk can take a few days to come in and trust me you will know when your milk comes in!

Breast milk won't come in until after the baby is born. It's fairly common to end up leaking quite a bit of colostrum at this point. It doesn't happen to every woman but it does happen to a lot. I leaked more last time then I did this time so far.

all of the above. It's giving birth that triggers the hormones that allows breast milk to be made so until those hormones give the signal your body will just continue to make the colostrum.
