I have external hemorrhoids. Gross!! I've never had them before, do they just go away on their own?? I know it's because I've been so constipated this pregnancy, water, fiber, walking..... not working & my dr doesn't want me to take anything.

Any suggestions from bdtd mommies??

oh and ftr.. all signs are definitely pointing to me being DONE having kids!!

got them on the outside too, first time ever for this, and man are they painful and annoying! My Dr. gave me stool softeners and I try to eat as much fiber (raisin bran works best for me) and lots of all natural apple juice. That and Tucks/witch hazel saved my bum!

Sitz baths can help too.
They should go away or at least get a lot better after you have the baby.

I got them really bad with my first, not so bad this time and they're already pretty much gone.

haha I push mine back in too! It's the only thing that makes it feel better. Tucks pads, and trying not to strain. This is also my last baby, I can't imagine having to go through the constipation/hemmorid thing again. It is torture. Being insanely constipated for at least the last 6 months, and then delivering a 9 lb baby......yeah, never again. lol
