I feel bad that I haven't posted about our baby being born. It's been a little busy around here. I also don't post much in here so many don't even know me. Elijah Aaron was born on October 3. I had a c-section scheduled for the 8th, but started having regular contractions on the 3rd. Called the hospital and they suggested I come in to be checked. They called in all the necessary people and I was prepped for surgery and about 2 hours after I got the hospital he was born!! He had trouble breathing and was sent to the NICU in another hospital, I never even got to hold him. But the problems took care of themselves very quickly and he's doing great now. It was horrible being stuck in the hospital recovering from my own surgery knowing my baby was somewhere else We finally brought him home a week after he was born and things have been going well. Our DD loves him to pieces and has only had a few problems with the new baby being here. I feel like I recovered much quicker this time around and I'm feeling pretty good. Here's a couple pictures of our little man and his big sister
OMGosh Sara, he is just precious! That's horrible that you had to be separated from him for awhile, but I'm so glad he is doing well, now. Many congratulations to you, and your family. You must be so proud. It looks like Ava is proud, too.
