I am getting portraits of the boys taken soon, but they won't be Christmas pics. I'll take some pics here of them that are Christmas-ey once we have our tree up.

I had to get them early since the portrait times started booking up in September for November/December. I was on the waiting list and took the next time available. It was Mak's 2yrs photos, Maddie's 6 month photos, their 1st portrait together and Christmas all rolled into 1 photo shoot. Needless to say the Christmas ones didn't turn out so it's really just a photo of them together and one of each girl individually.

the last time we got tristans picture taken we spent most of the time trying to get him to smile or even look in the direction we wanted him to ! . he's really giggly and smiley now so im HOPING it will be easier and quicker this time !

ughh and i never thought of the booking and what it would be like ... i think now im leaning more towards just taking the picture myself with a little home fancy set up ! ..

I LOVE the 6 month photos. It's an awesome age and so easy to make them smile. I think it's the easiest age for photos. Once they get older it gets harder.

Mak was a handfull and like herding cats! Every time the flash went off she was jumping out of excitement, or flashing her skirt up over her head. She was so excited to be there and there was no calming her down or focusing her attention. I'm so glad I didn't take them alone and DH came with me.
