Probably Bananas & carrots. Seems to be what I have always started the kids on, no reason just what I end up chosing.

1. What fruit are you going to give your LO first? I think fresh fruit it would be a bananna.

2. What veggie are you going to give them first? I guess it was chick peas. I let him try some hummas the other day. He really liked it.

hmm i don't know. Maybe i'll give her banana first. That's pretty easy to make.

Veggies maybe green beans. I honestly haven't even thought about it!
