Hello all! Hope you and your LO's are doing well! I'm finally on the right medicine for my morning sickness and I feel great! I'm approaching week 13 in my pregnancy and DH and I are starting to discuss names! Exciting!! I think we only have about 5 more weeks until the U/S! So, because I'm neurotic, I have to name this one either a P,Q,R,S,T or U name. All of our names so far begin with Q,R,S,T. DH is an R too. Anyway, I likely won't come up with another Q name and U names seem to be hard.... So, this is what we have:
Boy:
Rowen
Talan
Preston
Girl:
Preslee or Presley
What do you ladies think goes best with Taylor, Ryleigh and Quincey if baby is a boy? Do you think Preslee/ley goes well with their names? Thanks for your input!

Hmmm....I'm not sure I'd go with another ending in the long eee sound as you have two already and that would make Taylor the odd one out. I do like Preston best for a boy though. What about Payton or Piper for a girl? Taylor, Ryleigh, Quincey, Piper seems nice for girls. I'm terrible at names though. Good luck!! Can't wait to hear if you are team pink or blue!
I think they sound good with your girls' names and I usually like when all the kids have the same first initial or all of them have a different one. The cool thing about all being different is you can label things by the first initial or get big initial letters to paint and hang above their beds and using Rowan or Talan would give two of the kids the same initial when the others have their own (Maybe that's just me though)
Along those same lines, if it's a girl, I'd spell it Preslee because then each one also has their own unique ending. Presley would end the same as Quincey.
Thank you! Those are great suggestions! I really like Piper for a girl. Dh's family is Scottish and his mom even played the bag pipes, so it could actually fit in some odd way... lol. DH is pretty set on Preslee. (That's his spelling too!) I prefer Presley, but oh well. I like Sydney and Teagan for girls too.. but, he's not having it. I guess I don't care for them enough to fight over it! When we were pregnant with Quincey, we had Talan picked for a boy and he really likes it, but I like Preston or Rowen better. Oh boy! Lots to think about.. good thing we have a lot of time! Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

I love Rowen. I am also a big fan of Preslee. It is also our number 1 girls name at the moment. I have never heard anyone else use it before.
We like Presley Raine.

I vote for Talan & Presley...although our cat was named Presley before we adopted her & we never changed the name. We always, always have to correct people who call her a boy. It doesn't bother me that much because she's just a cat (not to sound mean) but I just wanted to make that point. You may have to do a lot of correcting because most people assume it's a boy's name. If you're set on the name, I'd go with Preslee or even Presleigh just to make it more feminine.
Good luck with your decision!
