My 9 yr old has about 7 or 8 of these on her inner thighs, hind end and one on her chest. does this look like ringworm?

yes it sort of does. Try an anti fungal cream. Hope it gets better soon.

It somewhat does but ringworm is normally more formed as a circle. I had ringworm when we lived in NC, from the humidity.
I think I'd take your ds to the Dr for that, if it is ring worm they can prescribe and RX and if it's not, then atleast you'll find out what it is. It also looks a bit like eczema. Or it could just be a viral infection that will go away on it's own.

Thanks ladies... I'm going to take her in tomorrow... they don't seem to bother her, and they are very dry and flaky. She has no clue when she got them and they look like they are going away.
