UGH!!! so this week Chloe is def. teething, avoiding sleep (which is unusual, STTN and good napper), slobbery, spits up, chewing on everything and NO appetite.
So each day her appetite has decreased and I am BF so it sucks. She doesn't wanna nurse but refusing a bottle, cranky because she is hungry, cranky because she is tired and cranky because her mouth hurts. I have been doing everything, humphry pills, cooled teething rings, orajel, you name it..I have done it. She only wants mommy and no one else...ended up in living room on floor together last night
So today she ate at 6 am, then at 940 I have to try and try and try to get her to nurse and when she did she only nursed for like 7 minutes...and didn't wanna eat until 3 ( usually she is a piggy!). So I went to the store and bought RICE CEREAL!!! Which in a way bummed because I was just soooo sure I was waiting until 6 months...like we had planned out with pedi. now, not too worried since my older 2 we started a 3 mo. and 5 mo....and they are just peachy keen. I just am a planner...and I didn't stick to the plan.
On a good note she absolutely loved it and ate it all up and was upset when it was gone, afterwards I gave humphry and waited a bit and tried to nurse before bed and she nursed FINALLY really good, laid down to bed without crying and *fingers crossed* is still asleep!!! oh, and for first feeding all week she didn't spit up, not that she spits ups like crazy, she just usually never spits up. She was happy baby afterwards too!!!!!
Hopefully she is going to be able to get the rest she needs and stop fighting sleep and hunger. poor baby, teething isn't fun... Jared and Kinzie were never bothered by teething.
So moral of my story is I better not put my plans in stone...because they change quicker than I can plan the next move...
we had a good night!!! slept all night--hopefully back to her regular routine...and nursed very good this morning!! don't know if it was humphry's or cereal--but hey, whatever it takes to make her feel better!!!! she was so over tired she started fightung sleep even more KWIM???
