Shes still a supported sitter. shes eating rice cereal we'll probably be starting her on oatmeal in a week or so then apples then nanas. She knows where her feet and hands are. she smiles like crazy and laughs out loud. She's good at holding her head up but not for long... she doesnt roll over much when she does its back to front but only when on our bed or couch so idk if its because of the creases or whatever.. when shes in her swing and her binki is on the tray sometimes she looks like shes trying to grab it. shes been staring at everyones food and wants everyones food, but shes not holding onto things.. is that normal? i mean i know every child is different but im worried that shes not where she should be (since shes my first and i dont know....)

i think she sounds fine too. Catie can sit supported, but if we let go of her she topples over. No rolling yet for us, and we haven't started solids yet. Genevieve sounds perfect to me

She sounds perfect to me - she's doing basically everything the way Bella is - except Bella doesn't roll yet - tries, but doesn't quite make it over her own arm yet! Bella also eats fruits, but that's just because I rush things Bella doesn't sit up either unless she's supported - she doesn't even show an interest in trying on her own - maybe she's lazy like me! LOL Stop worrying - I'm sure she's perfect!

I agree, she's fine. Abe doesn't roll or sit up unassisted yet AND he's not on solids. But he's close to rolling, is almost army crawling and everything he grabs goes straight to his mouth. He's not a big talker, and doesn't really make the ba or ma sounds but occasionally does ga. All babies do things at their own pace.

I think she is fine. Xander is still supported sitter and isn't rolling has found his feet.

He doesn't do well with the food yet.

Try not to worry. Every child is different

Yep she sounds perfectly normal. You have to remember when reading here that there are babies who are 5 months already. There's a big difference between what a baby can do at 5 months and what they can do at not even 4 months.

Jillian isn't 4 months yet so she can't do some of the things other babies here can do.

Jordan is going on 5 months soon and he still isn't great at holding things in his hand.. I have to put it in his hand and wrap his fingures around it then after a few seconds he will just drop it.. yet he likes to pull his blankets up over his faceand freaking mommy out and has no problem grabbing those to do so..
