Lets all post a weigh in on Mondays, what do you say? We have FIVE Mondays in March. We could set a little goal for ourselves each week, si?
POSTING WEIGHT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT PEOPLE!!!
Goals could be....
I don't want to gain weight this week!!
I want to maintain my weight.
I would like to limit my weight gain to 1 pound.
I will eat a salad for lunch 3 days this week.
I WILL eat breakfast every day.
I will engage in aerobic activity 5 times this week.
They don't have to be centered on losing weight.
Any takers?

My goal is to get on the treadmill at least 3 times this week and to walk around the neighborhood on pretty days.
Also to continue to have no Dr. Pepper or any other sodas

I'd like to lose a pound this week, and not eat like CRAP. I have been "stuck" of my own doing at this weight for weeks now. Well actually I was at 126.4.

I have doing great.. I have lost about 13lbs in the past several months.
My goal is to continue to lose weight while watching my carb intake!
Also want to brisk walk or ride the bike at least 3 times this week!
current weight is 164!! Goal weight is 155!

My goal is to lay off the candy at school this week! I usually dig into my candy stash more than my kids do!!
May 1st: 204.5 lbs.

 Awww Madigan!Thanks for the no posting weight even though I have decided to cause I need SUPPORT!
I have lost about 5 lbs since last week.
Goals are to keep doing the mile walk on the treadmill with an increase to 2 miles by mid April...
Stay under points for Weight Watchers

I can do this...I quit smoking in 07 and said I couldn't so.........I have GOT to!My cholesterol is thru the roof...partly family history and I do not want to leave my kids!!!!!

my weigh in day is usually a monday (i forgot yesterday as we went on a road trip)
but I have lost 3k since the start of the year (6.3lbs). My goal is to loose 12k in 12 months. Well I've lost 3! sweet! (1k per month).
And best bit is that i'm my pre pregnancy weight (kayla), so yay, so good to fit into clothes again.
