What are you doing with the clothes your LO is out growing? Are you keeping them? Selling them? If you are selling them, where are you selling them?

I just went through a tub I've been adding to and keep putting off. lol I went through, seperated the newborn from the 0/3 months and I think I'm going to sell it in big lots on ebay, by size.

The items that are specific to a holiday or something, I'll sell grouped with just that theme by size.

I don't know how to go about pricing stuff though. Don't want to rip people off but don't want to sell myself short either.

Paula you should price your lot 50 cents cheaper than what similar lots are selling for on Ebay. That's what I'd do anyway, and have done in the past with movies

We save the majority of the clothes unless they've been ruined. Despite your attempts to pursued us from not having any more children, we'd still like one more relatively soon .

I have a box for Cohen and I need to start one for Abram. A couple of my favorite outfits of Cohen's I put away and didn't "give" to Abe. I will do the same for him when we do have another one. I feel destined to have another boy, so we'll reuse what we have. If our next one is a girl, we will probably just give our stuff to family/friends who might need it or want it and if we don't know anyone who needs it then I will go to a DDC here and offer it and if no one wants it then I will drop it off at Goodwill. I just hate to give things to Goodwill when I could give it to someone who neesd it without them having to pay for it.

LMAO Three is a good number, I promise!
I saved all Kayla's and Emily's because I knew we'd have one more but now that we are done, they just take up space. I did save a couple of things that were Kayla's and some that were Emily's and I'll do the same for Abby. Like their coming home outfits, the very first outfit bought for them, and a couple of my favorites.
I guess I just need to spend some time and look at ebay and go from there.

Hayley, you can donate them to AMVETS and they don't sell the stuff, they give it to those in need. I currently have 4 bags sitting on my steps waiting for them to pick up. They were suppose to be here by 3:30, I might have to call them.

A LOT of the clothes I have to sell have never been born because we just had SOOO many.

I still have all of Elise's clothes but we will have more and she grew so quick some of it she never wore or wore once.
I think that is good advice as pricing it just under what other people have it as

We donate them to the children's hospital. They either use them on the wards for babies, or sell them in stalls to raise funds.

I am saving Breckin's stuff for future children. I think after all is said and done I will make a quilt out of them. I can't imagine parting with them. I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to sentimental things like that.

Have you thought about taking them to a consignment shop?

I'm trying to think of something for William's I think I'm going to donate his preemie clothes to the NICU he was in. And the older clothes I might sell on a local yard sale site.

Since we are done we will eventually be selling them. I put them on ebay and start the bid off at $1...however high it goes is fine with me.

I just keep throwing them into this big container in the closet. It's pretty much full now, so I think it's time I find better storage. I plan on saving them since we will have at least one more kiddo.
