In January there were a couple times earlier on in the month where I thought I was going to start my period because I had some light pink spotting or brownish discharge. I'd be having it once during the day and then it would be gone, then days later I would noticed it again. Then Nothing. Finally at the end of the month (January 27th) I'm pretty certain I started my period, first one after having Saige (a couple days shy of her turning 4 months). I had Five days of pink/red/brown, although it was a fairly light flow. So naturally I thought AF would show around then end of February.... but nothing. It's now March 3rd, and I know I'd technically be only 4 days late, but I'm usually very regular. I've been exclusively breast feeding Saige from the beginning, could this still throw off my cycle? A couple weeks ago I thought I might be ovulating because I noticed more CM... and I guess stress could be a factor (I have a panic disorder and had one of my anxiety attacks a week ago from yesterday). Despite all that, is it fairly common to have irregular periods at first even after getting AF back?

I'm curious too! I had the same exact situation. EBFing from the beginning. I thought I was getting it, then I finally got it at the end of january. Now I'd be just about 4 days late, too. I hope it's not the kind of thing that comes and goes when it pleases!

the first time AF returned for me I just spotted and it took a whole month before I got her back where she actually showed her face.

I EBF also.

It could be that your body is trying to get back to normal.

if you are worried then POAS. but I am sure you are fine.
