good news is I only gained back 2.5 lbs of the 5 I lost when I was sick last Saturday.
I plan on doing the treadmill at least 3 times this week

I gained 3 pounds on vacation...
My goal this week is to not obsess about it............
Overall, I am doing pretty good....... some weeks are better than others.......... but I have been holding pretty steady weight-wise...........

   Did bad with eating this weekend....but struggled thru 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morn even though I don't feel well!
Gotta get Ava breakfast and will weigh in in a little bit!
ETA:238.2
up 2 lbs from last week 
Will be on the ball this week!

My weight is unchanged from last week. Still at 127. Better than gaining, right?
Hopefully by the end of April I will be at 125 (or less) By next week I'd like to be at 126.
I plan on keeping up my activity level. Minimally I'll do my 30 day Shred every. stinking. day. but one. And also go for walks/yoga/hula hooping (cause it's fun!!).
And stick to my points. Less than 23/day.

My goal this week is to drink my 8 glasses of water.
Lose 2 lbs.
Eat 6 smaller meals
Yaay so far I am okay except not enough water so far for tonight need 3 more glasses.

Great Jen!
How os everyone else doing keeping up with their goals?
I DIDN'T manage to do Shred yesterday but DID do a Power Yoga DVD that is pretty good. (I try to do both, but it wasn't happening yesterday.)
I have to keep below my points, have to. Otherwise I will not lose any more weight. I still have 12 pounds before I'm at my dream goal. Then I will be happy to maintain.

I am holding strong at 178! Why can't I get below this number...
Maybe I will go for a walk today if hubby is home..but it is already getting TOO FREAKIN HOT AND HUMID to walk...
No excuses! I need to get past this plateau...

Someone wrote my weight down wrong at my last appointment, so they were showing that I had lost 12 pounds in 10 days, instead of just the two that I had actually lost.............
