It's Spring and time to start thinking about those yards and gardens/flower beds.
Do you have a veggie garden? If so, what do you plant? Do you have flower beds?
Do you enjoy yard work?
If you have pictures, share them.

Yea for Spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today its supposed to be 89 degrees - so more like summer. I have a flower garden - no veggies just b/c we don't have any room (live in a downtown area). Here are pictures from last spring/summer.

Oh those are pretty!!
We had big ugly bushes when we moved in, so we yanked all those out and just planted grass because neither of us enjoy yardwork.
So now we have just a couple small bushes out there. We have a hydrangia ? I think, it came from dh's grandpa's funeral. Then I have a mini rose bush to plant, I want one for each girl. And then the hyacinth bulbs my Mom just got me. We're slowly but surely getting there.

No garden because my stepdad has one and it's huge and we get all our veggies from him. Organic and free! lol

We don't really have much of anything. I have one rose bush that I want to dig up because I don't like it. Then I have 2 bushes by the front door and some day lilies. But other than that not much.

I hate yardwork with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. I don't like bugs and I hate getting dirty and sweaty.

I don't mind yardwork. I need to get plants to plant in my flower beds.

We want a veggie garden ... however between the squirels and our 2 dogs ... nothing would last in the ground ! We have just been thinking about what "new" plants we want out front. We had a few freak freezes and it killed everything except my 1 little sago palm. So right now the front of the house is rock and empty pots ... the backyard has redwood trees and "heavenly greens" fake grass. We are doing a backyard overhaul ... so it is kind of bare.
