Im back! I hate this part- the no good food part, but I love the weightloss!
Im down to 146.6 as of this morning.
I gained 6 lbs in the last 3 days before starting the diet again before I realized that I have a sensitivity to white potatoes- go figure, i went almost 2 months of eating 2500 cals a day full fat everything and didnt budge and a potato did me in! But I have lost 10.1 lbs this week so it was an easy fix. I will be satisfied to get into the 130's even if its 139 LOL anything more then that I will call uber success!
