Who here works out? Do you go to the gym? How often do you workout or go to the gym? What exercise's do you do?
I have been going to the gym on and off since having Bailey and have fallen off the wagon again and really need to get back on. I also was doing really well with the wii fit and golds gym cardio workout (wii) but after we moved I stopped since we are on the 2nd floor and I dont want to disturb the neighbors too much with my jumping around, lol.
I'd like to get to the gym 2-3x/wk but 1-2x would be good too.
I usually go the elliptical machine 1st, then hit up all the weight machine for toning of the legs, arms, and torso.

I'd love to go to the gym but don't want to go alone. I feel weird just going in there. I do have wii fit and NEED to start getting back on it. I was doing awesome and then I got my BFP with Abby so I stopped.
DH goes jogging every night but I just can't bring myself to run. It gets to hot to go out in that and run.
Monday I do an extreme circuit and spinning class
Tuesday I take off...
Wednesday I take a spinning class
Thursday I do spin and work with a personal trainer (I got her free because an instructor called me fat)
Friday I do an extreme circuit class and a spinning class
Saturday I will doing the elipitcal at the gym
Sunday I take off
I joined the gym about a month ago and I go at least 3 times a week (30 mins during lunch break at work). I tried 3 session of aerobic step class but couldnít really keep up and the schedule didnít really work for me. Now I just interchange between treadmill (30 mins) and elliptical machine (30 mins), trying to fit in ab exercises. Itís definitely harder to get the weight off than it was before having the baby. Anytime I gained weight all I needed was determination and I will lose 10 Ė 12 lbs/month by just going to the gym, now I think I might need 2 months to get rid of 10lbs :-(
I go swimming once or twice a week and I plan to buy a jogging stroller ( actually jogging seems to promote weight loss more efficiently than swimming for me), but I won`t work out too often as I don`t like it when sports turns into stress ( I was obsessed with sports some years ago, I was meager and not fertile at that time as I didn`t have period then at 12 % bodyfat or so)
I have a tredmill, (did not want to run outside in AK when I lived there) I need to start using it again and I plan to start running with Elise in the jogging stroller she takes a morning nap so I figure that is a good time
I go to Curves 3x a week. I LOVE it, its short and always had me at the lowest weight as ive done it off and on throughout the years. its also one of the few ways that i can get cardio with my back. very easy impact but burns and tones.
