It came today  We ordered it on Monday and it arrived today, Thursday. So that didn't take to long. I'm really happy with it. It looks even nicer in person. The fabric is so soft feeling. Here's a picture of Catie modeling it off. I didn't even need to adjust the straps, they fit her perfectly.

Nice seat! Here's Cammie in hers 
We've had ours about a month or so and love it. I took the HUGS guards off of mine because she hated them and it said they were optional for rear facing.

I was going to add what Alicia just said. The HUGS are optional for RFing and I personally find it WAY easier to get it tight enough without them. You can store them in the little pouch that stores the top tether on the back of the seat. Then they are right where you need them when she goes FF.

not sure what you mean by straps. Do you mean the holes where the straps come out of?

Yeah, by her shoulders.
It should be right at or below for RFing. With pictures it's so hard to tell, but it looks like it's a smidgen above. You want it even or below to prevent ramping up the seat during an accident.

well she's on the lowest hole so she can't go lower LOL! What are HUGS? Is that those plastic things on the straps? I was wondering what that was. The straps are nice and snug fitting. Don't worry i'm not a first time mom, i've done this before

Yeah I know it can't go lower but a lot babies don't fit in Britax seats this young because the strap height is so high.
I know you're not a first time mom, just sharing something about the car seat I was happy to find out.

Yeah, if the lowest slot for the straps is still above her shoulders, I wouldn't use it yet....
