I know they say that most babies double their weight by 4 months and triple their weight by a year. Has your LO doubled, tripled or surpassed even that now that they are a year?

Paisley has just doubled her weight. She was exactly 9 pounds and now she is around 18.

Same with Owen. He has only doubled his weight and a little. I think he had doubled it at around 8-9 months but has lost weight since 9 months.

Eli has almost tripled his weight. He was born at 8 lbs 1 oz, was 17 lbs by 6 months, and at his one year appt he was 22 lbs 12 oz.

Elizabeth doubled a little before 7 months, and hasn't quite tripled yet. She was born at 7 lbs. 11 oz. and is about 21 now.

oh JoJo has more then tripled her birth weight. She was born at 6lbs. 8oz. and is now right at 30 pounds. She had already doubled her weight by 6 weeks old.

Graysen had doubled her birth weight of 6lbs 6oz by the time she was 2 months old and is probably pretty close to triple it now. She is around 19lbs right now.
My son didn't double his birth weight until he was almost 9 months old and didn't triple it until he was 2 1/2 years old!

he isnt far from triple....I havent had him weighed in awhile...but Im guessing he is over 25 now. he was 8-11 at birth. Odd thing is, he really isnt chubby at all, hes quite "lean"...hes just really solid...and kinda tall.

J has tripled - he was 7 lbs 3 oz at birth and is approx 23/24 lbs now.

He has more than tripled his weight. He was 24lbs at his 9 month checkup, and his 1 year appt is on Friday (a few weeks late..). He was born 7lbs 14oz.
I'm going to guess that he's about 26lbs., but we'll see!!

He more than tripled. He was 5.8 at birth, and is now 19.8.

Lily was just about 8lbs when she was born. She was 16lbs at 6 months, and she is 18lbs 5oz now. So, we have doubled, but not tripled yet.

Kayla hasn't quite tripled hers. She was 6lbs 7oz at birth, and at her 1 year appointment she was 18lbs 9oz. She will triple at 19lbs 5oz.

for the double and triple they actually only go by the pound, not the ounce. So if they were 7pounds 1 oz, triple is 21 pounds. If they were 7pounds 11oz, its still 21 pounds.
Avery was 6pounds 15 oz, so she doubled (12 pounds) around 4-5 months. Tripled (18 pounds)at 11 months

Barely doubled. But when you start out at 9.12 that'll take a while with a normal kid. My kids are always tall and skinny anyways.

Nora has quadrupled her weight LOL. She was tiny, born at 5lb 10oz (<5%), 18 1/4" (50%) and at her 12 months check up she was 24# (85%) and 31.5"(98%).

I haven't taken Chloe for her one year checkup yet (bad mommy!) but I'm guessing she's somewhere about 22 or 23 pounds. She was 7 pounds, 12 ounces at birth so she's more than tripled.
