Sorry for the delay in updating I got so busy when I got back just got time to sit down LOL. Anyway it went great I love her she's so sweet and caring. She sat a lot of dh's fears aside about things going wrong just reassuring him that if something happens I will go to a hospital. We are getting a birthing tub too they are around 150dollars to buy but she does have some we can use just have to get a new liner. My insurance covers about half so we will end up paying 2k but that's for all prenatal care as well. Sounds like a ton I know LOL but we will pay over time just has to be paid by 36 weeks. I have my first appt the 29th of October and will get to hear the heart beat. So that's my update hehehehe

I can't remember how much liners are but I know they are not too much. The midwife knows how much tricare which is military insurance pays for homebirth so she broke it down for us. If I decided to have a hospital birth which I'm not it woulda been 100% covered. Since its our let baby I don't wanna miss out on this experience so we decided to bit the bullet and pay lol

I'm glad it went well. And I think we paid 1600 for my five days in the hospital when cami was born, so 2000 sounds prettybgood for a home birth. Congrats on a good visit. Keep us updated on your next appt

I'm so glad everything went well and she was able to go over everythiing with you. I'm surprised Tricare wouldn't pay more. That stinks, but it will be so worth paying it to have the experience. KUP on your next appt.
