Okay so I am

in here. How about. For those of us with more than 25 to lose we do something like 10lbs by Valentines day.
For those with a little less to lose. 10lbs by St. Patrick's Day. As I know its harder to lose if you have less to lose.
If you would like you can break it down by pounds per week with the same result. I have picked the lbs(roughly) by what is recommended in order to keep it off. I used holidays because they may be easier to remember than dates.
With doing at least 15 minutes a day or 30 minutes every other day of exercise. We check in and post how much time we did, what form of exercise and if we know...how many calories we burned.
Each week you add 5-10 minutes of exercise to your routine.
Also, we can post the good things that we have done for the day/week like avoiding the bad foods. Not indulging in a lot of candy or cookies or all around bad food. Celebrate the "I did good" moments. Even small victories. I know that when your working toward something like this those small things that you may notice you did or the difference in how your clothes fit even if its just a smidge. They can hold help keep you going. There will be hard times as well. That's what this forum is for though. Share. I am sure there is somebody going through the same thing. Don't let it get you down to the point of quitting or slipping up. You don't have to have a big victory to share it. Small ones can be just as motivating. Things like not having pop but water instead even if it was just once in the day. Or pushing an extra minute extra hard at the end of the workout. I think it should all be celebrated because if you are waiting for something big to happen and it doesn't in the time frame you would like it then that tends to slow your motivation. We have to keep it going in here.
Small victories lead to big ones!!!
Last but not least. Try to keep a log of your workouts. On my computer I have a Microsoft works calendar and I can type in the workout each day plus I put it on Sparkpeople as well. This helped me to get back to what was working before based on the loses and what I was doing at the time. Treadmill is my friend evidently and I need to get back on it.
We can do this people...it is possible!!! So, what do you think? Is this doable for everyone? Something we can stick to? Does there need to be any changes?
Please I ask of opinions I want this to be something that everyone can stick to and make happen. If you lose more than what is listed YAY!!! That number is by no means a restriction. If you want to push harder then so be it. Whats a challenge if you don't push yourself to do better???
What do we want?

When do we want it??

Yesterday

There will be times that we want to

or even

but as long as you keep chuggin a log and

we will be able to celebrate.

Sooooo...

I want to see some

results!!!
