but I have to share!!!

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is awsome!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a must try! I have been doing it for 3 weeks now and am already seeing results in fact I have lost 6lbs I am only 5lbs from my pre-preggy weight from before my 4 year old was born!!!

Wow girl, congrats! I've heard lots of good things about that, i'll have to give it a try!!! If someone with 3 kiddos can do it, then I can certainly make time to!

Congrats! You look awesome. I love Jillian's DVD. I do it when I can't get to the gym. I work out all the time but her video still kicks my butt when I do it. I love that you can pick different levels to do. Congrats again. You're smokin'.

yes it is a DVD Susan it is amazing I tell ya! I never thought it would work esspecially that quick haha I was at that 11-10lbs stall it was driving me nuts I heard good things about it so decided to try it out and am very impressed! haha
