I know your suppose to lose weight in your 1st trimester.... but man. I feel like I'm losing way too much. I started around 124lbs and now I'm around 115lbs. I'm eating okay. I'm always hungry! I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. Should I mention it to them? I really don't know what's safe and what's not.

That can be normal. But if you are not getting sick, it might be a good idea to talk to your doc about it. I lost a lot of weight with Liam (although 125 was not even close to my start weight ) and the doc was okay with it. But I would check with him/her just to make sure. It is less of a concern if it comes from morning sickness, but you did not mention throwing up. I just puked a lot with Liam and therefore I did not keep much down. I am sure everything is fine though.

I lost between 10-20 lbs in the beginning with each of my pregnancies, the most with Bailey, but I had all day morning sickness for the entire pregnancy leaving me with my head in the toilet with every sip and bite of anything I had.

Just ask the doc.

I would mention to your doctor as well..

With my first, I was ALWAYS hungry but never gained weight.. I think my metabolism speeds up when I pregnant because I barely gained weight.. But then again, I'm not thin like I use to be in my 20's..

I *wish* I was thin in my 20s. In the past 7-8 years the only time I was thin was after using.

I know a very easy way to lose up to 50 lbs in a month! Of course it's really expensive and makes you ignore everyone around you. I was such an idiot....
