Does your LO let you brush their teeth? How are you handling it and are you using any distraction techniques?


Brevan hates brushing his teeth. He thinks the tooth brush is his toy. Right now we've been literally holding his arms while I do it real quick but I feel so bad. I know they need to be cleaned but I don't like holding him down in order to do it, kwim! So I was thinking about giving him another one to play with but then again he'll think they are toys so I'm not sure what to do or try...

I'd love to hear what you ladies are doing.

OMG I have the same problem you would think someone was trying to kill her the way she screams!!! I don't have any suggestions, I just holdherand brush them quickly too it is so hard to do. I usually let her have the toothbrush after I am done and she plays with it and chews on it
