So, I have been working out at the gym 4-5 days a week for about 4 months. I try to keep my portion sizes in check. I don't deprive myself of anything. I feel great....
I walked past Old Navy yesterday and decided (because of Candice) to go in and try on some jeans. Well, the 10's slipped right on! Yay me, haven't been able to get those on in a few years.
I started working out at 182 pounds. (I am 5' 8" ) Yesterday morning the scale said 169.5!!!
Next stop...the 150's
