Non existent, but that's about to change. My new complex has a nice little gym RIGHT by my apt so I will now have no excuse for not doing a little something. Plus, I'll be in the city so lots of walking.
I normally try to do my exercise when Catie takes her morning nap (around 10am). For the past couple of days I've been doing a biggest loser workout DVD, that i rented from the library. I really like it, and am thinking of just purchasing one for myself. When i don't have that DVD I do Wii fit plus, just dance, or walk aerobics with leslie.
