Even when we post a lot, we are still pretty darn slow compared to DDC's, the UK Mommies, and a few/bunch of PR's. Honestly, for us, 14 is wonderful!

14th is great! I think sometimes the newer DDC's will always have more posts. Generally more members and more things to post about. Not that we don't have lots to post about... I'm going to quit while I'm ahead now.

DDC's will ALWAYS have more, they have (Usually) the most members, the most first time mom's (w/o other kids to have to step away for..) And yes, more things to post about. Remember, when our LO's were smaller? We'd post about EVERY LITTLE THING they did. Now... they aren't doing such big things as often. Plus, we all have busier lives than when a DDC. Heck I barely posted when we were a DDC, same with my Jan PR, however, with my aug/sept PR I was a lean mean posting machine. I think, I was on here the ENTIRE day once I went on Mat. Leave!!!

I know. And, I forgot, but they no longer determine by monthly post count totals, they take into consideration the # of people actively posting on the board, and other things, which is why *I* think we are pretty high on the list.

They don't go by actual posts? Isn't that just wasting our posts then? lol

I do agree DDC's will always be on top. It's so much easier to just sit and type when you don't have other kids to chase and so many questions when it's your first. Plus, it's just exciting and you're getting to know your group, etc...

I *think* it's something like a percentage, posts per people posting or something like that, so yes our post amount matter to raise our %age, but it doesn't go by the actual number..

But don't quote me.
