1. How many hoursí sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and whatís the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional? I prefer 9, minimum I guess 3-4.
2. Whatís your favorite sleeping position? Belly
3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping? AF :/
4. When you canít seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep? Sex! DH petting my head.
5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place? I don't know that I have. I don't really just fall asleep like that.

When you canít seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep?

sex, infomercials, anything on A&E or MSNBC

When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place?

A few months ago, when my dose was a bit higher, I was sitting in the waiting room at the program and began to nod. The assumed I was high and made me give a urine.

2. Whatís your favorite sleeping position? on my stomach

3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping? baby kicks

4. When you canít seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep? meditate

5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place? Maybe at work a few years ago. It was when I first got pregnant and the little girl and I both fell asleep on the couch.
