He is a SAHD and does a FANTASTIC job at it. Every day it seems like I come home and she has learned something new to do or say. I am so proud of him.

Nate works for Over Seas Shipping Group as a second mate on their new shuttle tanker. He is in charge of navigation, he keeps all the marine charts up to date and maps out the routes to where they go. The new shuttle tankers hook up to the huge super tankers that are too big to go into the dock. He's one of the most experienced people who work on shuttle tankers as a whole. Shuttle tankers are very new and his company is the first to use them.

Wow! Such diversity! It's been neat to read through these. Definitely not your "typical" jobs!! Cool!

My DH is a police officer
I agree Susan, I had no idea there was so much diversity!!! I'd love it if my DH was a cheesemaker - I love cheese, and a little glass of wine with it

To be completely honest... I have no idea what my husband does. All I know is he works for intelligence as an analyst. I am not even allowed to know where he works.

WOW!! SEcret agents, bomb squad personnel, polygraphers, architects, welders, police officers!! HOW COOL!!
Dh is a Financial advisor, which is ironic, because we have about $2 in our checking account...still recovering from our layoffs last year.

It's interesting to see all these different jobs! I'm WAY too nosy for DH to have a job that I couldn't know anything about. It would kill me!
We own an Orthopedic Sales business. Basically all those "parts" in your bones, we sell. Plates, screws, rods, external fixators, total joints, etc. Then when they use them in the surgery DH is in there as the product expert, answering the doctor's questions, showing the scrubs what to use next, and giving suggestions as to what would work well based on the fractures we're seeing.
It's pretty interesting!
