Wii fit step-have the lift
EA Active
Golds Gym Cardio Workout
Crunches

^All at home, the kids try to "ersize" with me.

At the gym:

Treadmill
Crunches
Free Motion machines for -biceps curls, tricep extension, chest, shoulders, back
Hip adductions and abductions
leg press, leg curl,
Torso twist machine thingy for love handles/obliques
The pull up machine thingy-I can now lift 1/2 my weight.

I try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise

I usually do walk aerobics or Wii fit

I try to exercise when Catie's napping

Right now none but i need to start doing more of what i can i do not want to over 40lb weight gain i had with Elise

I either walk or get on the treadmill and do some HIIT. Every second night Rodger and I also use some free weights together.
