Golds Gym Cardio Workout
^All at home, the kids try to "ersize" with me.
At the gym:
Free Motion machines for -biceps curls, tricep extension, chest, shoulders, back
Hip adductions and abductions
leg press, leg curl,
Torso twist machine thingy for love handles/obliques
The pull up machine thingy-I can now lift 1/2 my weight.
