When do you find time?
Where is your LO usually when you workout?
How long is a typical workout?
Do you split a workout into small segments and do it through out the day, or all in one big stretch?
Do you have set days (if so, when), or just when you have time?

When do you find time to workout?Where is your LO usually when you workout?
If Tom is working, I will do the gym in the evening. Or the wii during Bailey's nap.
If at the gym, they are home with Tom, if at home, they are either sleeping playing or trying to "help"

How long is a typical workout?
30 min if at home, or an out door run, 1-2 hours at the gym.

Do you split a workout into small segments and do it through out the day, or all in one big stretch?
mostly one big stretch though lately I've been doing one run outside, and a bit of "stepping" at home.

Do you have set days (if so, when), or just when you have time?
Monday, Thursday, Sat & Sun are guarenteed gym days as I go with a friend and those are the days she can go. She works FT during the day and PT at night at the bowling alley. I am currently trying to get at least a run, or 30 minutes of stepping on the wii board w/ the lift each day as well..

I need to get back into working out.

I have tried toget up earlier but that hasn't happened yet.

When do you find time?If it's a cold day, I'll workout when Catie takes her morning nap. She normally naps for 1-2 hours around 11am. On a nice day (like today) I put her in the stroller and we take a walk for our workout.
Where is your LO usually when you workout?sleeping or in the stroller

When do you find time? First thing in the morning. That way its done early and I don't have to think about fitting it in somewhere else in the day.

How long is a typical workout? At least 30 min.
Do you split a workout into small segments and do it through out the day, or all in one big stretch? Sometimes. If its been hot and I haven't wanted to get on the treadmill I might break it into 2 20 min walks. If I do less than 30 min, I do try and do extra next time.
Do you have set days (if so, when), or just when you have time? Everyday.
