I can't get Billy to eat enough of anything, but I am especially concerned that he doesn't get enough protein. Is there anything I can do or give him?

Offhand some good protein dishes Levi likes are beans and rice (beans are great proteins), greek yogurt has a lot but regular yogurt is good too, lentils (or lentil soup), chili, veggie burgers, eggs, tofu (Levi likes his like scrambled eggs), and nuts. If you're really concerned, you could always try something like pediasure or protein bars like Odwalla.

Thanks monica. Is it okay to give him pediasure even though he isn't 2 yet?

He does eat eggs at my m-i-l's but she puts him in the sink to play while he eats. I may have to do that too. Oh and he loves edamame.

I'm going to stop at the store today and buy him some yogurt, beans, n such

Xander is not a meat eater yet I have tried but he won't eat it. I do give him gerber ravioli's and regular ravioli's.

Breana doesn't eat meat either. She gets it from other things.

Good Luck

A.J is not a big meat either too.. He does like turkey.. Have you tried ground turkey? Not the breast kind (dry to me) but the regular ground turkey. He also like turkey hotdogs.. Which are not that expensive and a healthier choice.. But that's about all that A.J eats as for meat.. A.J is a picky eater, he only eats certain things...

My daughter is the same way.. She hardly eats protein..

Thanks ladies. I have started making smoothies for Billy and myself. It's our breakfast. Greek yogurt, blueberries, bananas, milk, and almond butter or honey. Tomorrow I am going to add some frozen berries to make it a little colder
